Spanning a total area of 816,000 sq.m and a built-up area of 1.2 million sq.m, the project, Parisiana Riyadh is located in the lively downtown area in Riyadh. The project represents an integrated community with 2,797 apartments called Parisiana South and Parisiana Residence, 254 villas called Parisiana Living, and about 25,000 sq.m of office space overlooking the main streets of the project. It also contains 63,000 sq.m of retail space called Parisiana Boulevard.
